Marc Schauber, Founder and President of the EMS Fund in Dover, presents a check for $16,847.00 to Rescue Inc to help launch their Point of Care Ultrasound Project (POCUS). POCUS will help Rescue Inc. first responders to diagnose problems in the field, before arrival to the ER. The funds will be used to purchase equipment and train personnel. Pictured L-R: Dr. James.
